Description

  • 06:15-07:15 Pickup from your hotel in Bangkok or meeting point in Bangkok and travel by minibus to Kanchanaburi which is located to the west of Bangkok.
  • 09:00 Arrive in Kanchanaburi. Here you will first visit the famous River Kwai Bridge which spans the Khwae Yai river in Kanchanaburi and was constructed by prisoners of war during the Japanese occupation of Thailand during the second world war.
  • 09:30 After the River Kwai Bridge you will travel to visit the Safari Park in Kanchanaburi. The Safari Park is an open zoo in Kanchanaburi which contains wild animals such as zebras, giraffes, antelopes, monkeys and big cats. You will drive through the Safari Park where you will get to interact with the different animals. You will feed the giraffes from your vehicle and will feed milk to the tigers or lions at the center. Enjoy your experience with the animals at the Safari Park.
  • 12:30 Lunch at local Thai restaurant.
  • 13:00 After lunch you will travel for 30 minutes to a local elephant camp where you will experience elephant riding (30 minutes) and elephant bathing (10 minutes). You will have free time at the elephant camp.
  • 15:30 After enjoying Kanchanaburi Safari Park and the elephants it is time to depart back to Bangkok.
  • 17:30-18:00 Return to Khaosan Road area of Bangkok.
