Q. How far away is the Floating Market from Bangkok ?
A. It takes about an hour and a half to get to the Floating Market from Bangkok.
Q. How far away is Ayutthaya from Bangkok ?
A. It takes about an hour and a half to get to Ayutthaya from Bangkok.
Q. How far away is Kanchanaburi from Bangkok ?
A. It takes about two hours to get to Kanchanaburi from Bangkok.
Q. Do your tours run every day ?
A. All the tours we offer run daily except during the Thai New Year (known as the Songkran Festival).
Q. Are meals included on these tours and, if so, what is the food like ?
A. Some meals are included with our tours as indicated by the tour description.
If meals are included as indicated you will be served a variety of local Thai-style foods.
Q. I am a vegetarian. Do you provide a vegetarian meal option on your tours ?
A. Yes we do provide vegetarian food options with our tours. It’s no problem providing you let us know when you reserve your tour and we will make sure that you have a vegetarian option at meal time.
Q. Are drinks included ?
A. Drinks are not included with our tours (unless indicated in the tour description) so it’s best to bring your own drinks along with you and/or buy them during the tour.
Q. How does the hotel pick up operate ?
A. You will be collected from your hotel in Bangkok or designated ‘meeting point’ and taken to a rendezvous point. From here you will take an air conditioned minibus to your tour destination.
Our shared day tours include pickup from central Bangkok hotel locations and hotels near the Khaosan Road area of Bangkok, however, after the tour has finished you will return to the Khaosan Road area of Bangkok.
Pickup from central Bangkok hotel locations and hotels near the Khaosan Road area of Bangkok is included with our shared tours, however some hotels which are located outside of our ‘Bangkok pickup area’ will require pickup from one of our designated ‘meeting points’ in Bangkok. After the tour has finished you will return to the Khaosan Road area of Bangkok.
Q. Will there be a tour guide with us throughout the tour ?
A. Our shared tours include an English speaking local tour guide but they will not necessarily accompany you the whole time. A driver will collect you from your hotel in Bangkok or meeting point and drive you to the destination of the tour that you have reserved. Your tour guide will be waiting to greet you at your tour destination and will accompany you during your tour. Your tour guide will explain about the location you have visited and advise you how long you may stay at the location depending on the tour you have chosen. After your tour has finished your tour guide will wave you goodbye and the driver will transfer you back to the Khaosan Road area of Bangkok.
Q. How do I make a reservation ?
A. Browse through our tours and choose the tour you want to reserve and then click on ‘ENQUIRE’ or ‘BOOK THIS TOUR’ next to your chosen tour.
Submit your completed enquiry form and we will reply by email to you with all the relevant information about your requested tour.
Once you have confirmed with us that you wish to reserve your requested tour we will then send you a payment request link and you can make payment by credit card.
Once we have received your payment we will send you a confirmation email including your booking reference number and reservation voucher.
Your shared tour reservation is now confirmed !
Q. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule ?
A. Our cancellation policy details are shown under booking terms and conditions.
Q. Can I change the date of a tour once I have made a reservation ?
A. If you wish to change your tour date then this will be possible but you must notify us at least 2 days before your intended tour date.
