  • 06:15-07:15 Pickup from your hotel in Bangkok or meeting point in Bangkok and travel by minibus to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market which is located southwest of Bangkok.
  • 09:00 Arrive at Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. Here you will then take a longtail boat to the edge of the Floating Market where you can walk around the market and experience the atmosphere of the Floating Market with merchants selling vegetables, fruits, foods, drinks, souvenirs and crafts from their boats and riverside stalls.
  • If you wish to ride in a paddleboat this costs 150Baht per person extra and takes you through the Floating Market where you can observe the sale and exchange of various goods between parties in their boats as has been traditionally taking place for years.
  • 11:00 Depart from the Floating Market and travel to Kanchanaburi.
  • 13:00 Lunch at the local restaurant in Kanchanaburi.
  • 13:45 After lunch you will visit the famous River Kwai Bridge which spans the Khwae Yai river in Kanchanaburi and was constructed by prisoners of war during the Japanese occupation of Thailand during the second world war. After the River Kwai Bridge you will visit the JEATH War Museum which houses many artifacts and photos from the second world war with details and explanations about this era.
  • 16:00 After enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the Floating Market and Kanchanaburi it is time to depart back to Bangkok.
  • 18:00-18:30 Return to Khaosan Road area of Bangkok.
