Description
- 06:15-07:15 Pickup from your hotel in Bangkok or meeting point in Bangkok and travel by minibus to the Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea) which is located to the west of Bangkok.
- 09:15 Arrive at the Tiger Cave Temple. The Tiger Cave Temple is famous for its massive golden Buddha statue and is located high upon a hilltop which provides lovely views of the nearby countryside. The giant golden Buddha statue at the Tiger Cave Temple offers a dramatic contrast against the panoramic views of the surrounding locale.
- 10:15 After the Tiger Cave Temple you will travel to Kanchanaburi and here you will visit the famous River Kwai Bridge which spans the Khwae Yai river in Kanchanaburi and was constructed by prisoners of war during the Japanese occupation of Thailand during the second world war.
- 11:30 After the River Kwai Bridge you will travel for 1 hour to the Erawan Waterfalls area.
- 12:30 Lunch at local Thai restaurant.
- 13:00 After lunch you will visit the famous Erawan Waterfalls. The beautiful Erawan Waterfalls consists of seven levels, each with an individual waterfall. There are many lovely swimming areas and many trails to explore. You will have 3 hours to enjoy at your leisure at the Erawan Waterfalls.
- 16:30 After enjoying the Erawan Waterfalls it is time to depart back to Bangkok.
- 19:30-20:00 Return to Khaosan Road area of Bangkok.
