ERAWAN WATERFALLS, PHRA THAT CAVE AND RIVER KWAI FULL DAY TOUR (DT195)





Description
- 06:15-07:15 Pickup from your hotel in Bangkok or meeting point in Bangkok and travel by minibus to Kanchanaburi which is located to the west of Bangkok.
- 09:00 Arrive in Kanchanaburi. Here you will visit the famous River Kwai Bridge which spans the Khwae Yai river in Kanchanaburi and was constructed by prisoners of war during the Japanese occupation of Thailand during the second world war.
- 10:30 After the River Kwai Bridge you will travel for 1 hour to visit Phra That Cave. Phra That Cave is a very big cave and there is a steep walk of 600 meters before you reach the entrance to the cave. Inside Phra That Cave you will observe lots of beautiful stalactites and stalagmites and unusual rock formations.
- 13:00 Lunch at local Thai restaurant.
- 13:30 After lunch you will visit the famous Erawan Waterfalls. The beautiful Erawan Waterfalls consists of seven levels, each with an individual waterfall. There are many lovely swimming areas and many trails to explore. You will have 2 and 1/2 hours to enjoy at your leisure at the Erawan Waterfalls.
- 16:30 After enjoying the Erawan Waterfalls it is time to depart back to Bangkok.
- 19:30-20:00 Return to Khaosan Road area of Bangkok.
